Wayne, IL – May 21, 2016 – Patrick Boyle, show manager of Showplace Productions, announced that a $150,000 1.30m Grand Prix Series has been added to his top-notch, hunter/jumper shows. The series kicks off with his Showplace Spring Classic that runs May19-22 at Ledges Sporting Horses Show Grounds in Roscoe, Illinois.
“We are excited for this new grand prix series,” Boyle said. “We will have 10 events throughout the summer held at Lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne, Illinois and at the Ledges Sporting Horses Facility in Roscoe, Illinois”
At the Showplace Fall Classic in September, the award for the leading horse and rider will include a $10,000 bonus. The leading rider of the series will also be presented with a custom CWD saddle.
The leading trainer of the winning horse and rider team will also be recognized with a $5,000 gift voucher from Devoucoux.
“We want to thank our Marshall & Sterling Insurance and all our sponsors for making this new series possible,” Boyle said.
Showplace Productions shows are popular for good reason. Boyle is known for producing fun and innovative competition and attracts a large following to his events.
