The 2016 International Bromont Unveils List of FEI riders

Bromont, Quebec – July 27, 2016 – The International Bromont unveils the list of the riders registered in the Longines FEI World Cup TM Jumping Bromont held during the competition of July 27 to 31.

Canada Will be Well Represented

Seven Canadian riders have declared themselves for the FEI events this week, including veteran rider Mac Cone, who received the silver medal for Team Canada at the 2008 Olympic Games. Canada will also count on Mélissandre Lincourt who, in 2015, had the best performance for a Canadian athlete at the qualifying event for the World Cup CSI3*. Riders Laurie Bucci, Susan Horn, Keean White and Muhammad Itani will also participate in this week’s events.

U.S. Delegation is One to Watch

American riders will also need to be watched this week, as experienced and young talented riders will be here. Leslie Howard, Todd Minikus, Peter Leone, Charlie Jacobs, Christine McCrea and Jonathan McCrea will join Andrew Ramsay, Alison Robitaille, Lauren Tisbo, Andrew Welles, Callan Solem, Ali Wolff, Andrew Kocher and Lucy Deslauriers, who won the Québec Orignial Grand Prix on Sunday, July 24, during the first week of the International Bromont.

Four Other Countries Represented

Colombia, Mexico, Ireland and Russia will also be amongst the participating countries, with riders Juan Manuel Gallego (COL), Carlos Ramirez (COL), Claudia Ballesteros (MEX), Fernando Martinez Sommer (MEX), Richie Moloney (IRL) and Liubov Kochetova (RUS).

Events Start Wednesday

The second week of the International Bromont will start on Wednesday July 27th, where the first leg of the East Coast Longines FEI World Cup Jumping North American League will take place.
