TPH Review: Sakkara Italian Riding Apparel

BY ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE LIZ DAVOLL

I am so excited to tell you about Sakkara today! If you’re on Instagram, you might have come across Sakkara’s beautifully curated feed of their Italian line of equestrian wear. Seeing the classic navy and white with pops of gold, I knew I needed to get my hands on them — so I placed my order!

Sakkara offers exceptional, modern Italian riding apparel

I picked out the Pura Women’s Show Shirt, the Javi Women’s Breech, and topped off my outfit with the M Belt. Everything arrived within days in a lovely little package. As I write this review, I’m currently sitting at my breakfast counter in Wellington, FL wearing the Javi breeches. These breeches have become a riding wardrobe favorite since they arrived, because of their smooth material and impeccable fit. Those Italians know how to make a pair of pants! My favorite detail is the gold logo on the upper right thigh area. It’s subtle, yet sleek and recognizable. The knee patches are reinforced material, non suede, which I personally think is super modern and fabulous.

The Pura Women’s show shirt is sporty and athletic, with the same pops of gold in all the right places. I love the logo on the collar! Because this shirt is fitted, I ordered a size up to be comfortable and am very glad I did. I can’t wait to sport this in the ring soon.

The belt REALLY pulls this outfit together, and I’ve been wearing it with regular street clothes (as well with riding pants!) all the time. It’s perfectly stretchy, and the buckle lays flat against my body. My biggest pet peeve when it comes to belts is a bulky buckle, but just like the rest of Sakkara’s sleek designs, this belt is perfection.
