Parker, CO (July 17, 2018) – Hot summer days were no match for the horses and riders tackling the challenging courses during the Summer in the Rockies Series held at The Colorado Horse Park. The jumper ring was booming with excitement and for Texas native Nicole Peterson, and Wellington, Florida native Celso Ariani, it also brought them victories and the Vita Flex Victory Pass Award.

Celso Ariani and Dali T winners of the Vita Flex Victory Pass Award at the Colorado Horse Park.

Celso Ariani, originally from Brazil, now residing in Wellington, FL, rode Dali T to outstanding success in the $20,000 Open Welcome Stakes and in the $35,000 Summer in the Rockies Grand Prix. Dali T is a ten-year-old gelding that is owned by Ricardo Romero and Rodrigo Padilla. “He is a super easy and super brave horse, and he is incredibly fast,” said Ariani of his mount. Ariani took home first and second in his classes and was obviously happy with how Dali T performed, “My horse was very good, I cannot complain.” Ariani is no stranger to the wonders of Vita Flex® products and was elated to receive the Victory Pass Award and try some other top-notch Vita Flex® products. With the plan to stay for three more weeks in Colorado at the Summer in the Rockies Series, and then to head to Kentucky for five weeks, it looks like those Vita Flex® products will come in handy for Ariani and his team.

Plano, TX native, Nicole Peterson and her own Diokaldo, an eight-year-old gelding, took home the win in the 1.35m Open Jumper and they were second in the $5,000 Medium Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic. “I got him when he was five years old kind of on a whim. I was showing him to other clients for my trainer and I just really fell in love with him. I told my trainer nope, you can’t sell this horse to anyone else because I love him,” said Peterson as she looked adoringly upon her champion. “He was feeling great in the warm-up and we rode the course really fast, which is always a good thing. Seeing as he has a bigger stride we were able to breeze through some of the lines that where a little longer,” said Peterson of her rounds and the course design. Over the coming months and into next year Peterson hopes to keep building Diokaldo’s confidence in the ring and to slowly move him up to the Grand Prix. Now with the help of Vita Flex® supplements, which Peterson is excited to try for the first time, they should have no problem achieving their goals.
