2018 USEF Pony Jumper National Championships Kick Off With 8 USHJA Zones Represented

Lexington, Ky.- Aug. 8, 2018 -Today, the USEF Pony Jumper National Championships kicked off with the riders meeting, which was held at the USHJA Headquarters. USHJA members from eight zones will compete for team and individual titles over the next three days of the Championships.

During the riders meeting, athletes drew for the first day’s competition, learned about the competition format, received cinch bags and gear from USHJA and USEF, and learned about the Show Jumping Athlete Pathway.

Athletes will start competing on Thursday with the Jumper Individual Competition Phase I. Friday they will participate in the Team Championship, which also counts as Individual Phase II, and the Individual Final will be held on Saturday.
