Parker, CO  (July 18, 2019) – As a proud sponsor of the 2019 Colorado Horse Park (CHP), Triple Crown® Nutrition continued to support and honor top equestrians and their horses during Weeks 4 & 5 of the Summer in The Rockies hunter/jumper circuit in beautiful Parker, Colorado. This prestigious series brings together riders from across the country in the picturesque setting of the Rocky Mountains to compete with the best in the west. Each week, the Triple Crown Excellence Award is presented to a horse and rider team that demonstrates exemplary achievement within the equestrian community as well as showing exceptionally good health and fitness. The award includes a beautiful tri-colored ribbon and commemorative plaque, along with a coupon for a bag of Triple Crown Nutrition feed.

Winning the award during Week 4 was Nadia Al-ani of Lenexa, Kansas. She and her horse, April, jumped to a first place win in the USHJA Hunter 3’. “Today went really well,” Al-ani said about the ride on her mare. “She was feeling perfect.”  April is a 13-year-old Holsteiner/Thoroughbred cross, and Al-ani can’t wait to treat her to the free bag of Triple Crown feed she won as a part of the award.

Triple Crown also presented the Excellence Award to Jordan Gilchrist who traveled from Flower Mound, Texas to compete during Week 5. Riding the 9-year-old gelding, Caswell, owned by Syndey Murdoch, Gilchrist claimed the blue in the USHJA Hunter 3’. “I was super excited,” she said about the win. “The horse was awesome!”

Gilchrist is very familiar with Triple Crown feeds through all her travels to horse shows, and she thanked Triple Crown for the award.
