Martha Jolicoeur, a leading real estate broker for Douglas Elliman, will present her popular Leading Lady Rider Award for the 11th consecutive season during the 2021 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), running January 6 through April 4, at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, FL.

Throughout the 13-week WEF, the Martha Jolicoeur Leading Lady Rider Award is given in memory of Jolicoeur’s fellow realtor and horsewoman Dale Lawler. The award will be presented each week to the high-point female rider based on performances in the WEF Challenge Cup and feature grand prix. In addition, when all the points are tabulated at the end of circuit, the highest scoring female rider will be presented with the Martha Jolicoeur Overall Leading Lady Rider Award.

“It’s very special to be able to present an award that was one of my most sought-after titles when I was riding,” said Jolicoeur, an accomplished amateur show jumping rider who represented the United States in international competition. “Last year, I celebrated 10 years of presenting the Leading Lady Rider Award at WEF and I am once again looking forward to meeting some of the top riders from around the world in the winner’s circle.

“The experience of horses bringing us all together in Wellington is something that is important for me to celebrate, and I am eager for the start of another incredible season,” concluded Jolicoeur.
