Long Valley, N.J. — July 2, 2021 — Monmouth at the Team is excited to congratulate co-owner Michael Dowling on the official opening of his new equestrian facility, The Hill. The Hill is the realization of a vision ten years in the making and the union of Dowling and Michael Meyers’ Windham Hill with Tracy Howe and Peter Kraft’s Taylor Hill Farm.
Set to be as iconic as a farm in Grand Prix Village of Wellington, but located conveniently for clients in both the New Jersey and New York City area, The Hill will offer unparalleled luxury and amenities never previously available. Indoor and outdoor arenas, a grass jump field, miles of trails and individualized care and turnout regimens are just some of the features that equines stabled at The Hill will enjoy. Boarders and their guests will enjoy a state-of-the-art rider and family lounge with incorporated televisions, glass office spaces, a gym, study nooks and a gourmet catering kitchen for events.
“The Hill has been designed to function as a facility where top-level training meets technology, comfort, and style for horse and rider,” explained Dowling. “As we enter into this post pandemic time, having prioritized our clients and horses’ needs, The Hill is thrilled to offer great training and a lifestyle experience for all levels of riders.”

Dowling took over co-ownership of the Monmouth at the Team horse show with Tucker Ericson several years ago and the show has been a booming success ever since. With Dowling’s 25 plus years of experience in training and management, he looks forward to using that experience to create a unique and quality stabling and training experience.
