Dual Enrolled, the short documentary on the demands and commitment required of equestrian student-athletes, has been officially selected to its second film festival. The 22nd Annual 15-Minutes of Fame Film Festival is exclusively for short films that are 15 minutes or less, produced anywhere in the U.S.
A panel of five judges grade each entry on its camera work, editing, sound quality, direction, and more. Films with the highest scores are named Official Selections and are included in the festival to compete for awards in numerous categories. Dual Enrolled has received this designation.
A small, intimate “live” show will take place in Cocoa, FL, on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022. Those who cannot attend the festival in person can watch the festival free for a full week (Nov. 20-28, 2022) at the festival’s website.
Presented by The Plaid Horse, Catie Staszak Media, Inc. and Victoria Sheehan Productions, Dual Enrolled follows Emma Blumenkrantz, Cristian Hacker, Natalie Jayne and Campbell Hudkins, along with coaches Lynn Jayne and TJ O’Mara as they navigate the competitive winter show season in Wellington, FL.
Each individual is at a different place in their academic and riding careers: Some attend brick and mortar school, while others take courses online or are engaged in a hybrid model; some are new to the juggle, while others have seen their work rewarded with recruitment to a Division 1 college program. Each, however, has made success in their sport possible through a unique commitment that extends far behind the few minutes seen on center stage in the show ring.
There is more than one kind of education. Get to know Emma Blumenkrantz, Cristian Hacker, Natalie Jayne and Campbell Hudkins, along with coaches Lynn Jayne and TJ O’Mara, in Dual Enrolled.
Dual Enrolled is an Official Selection to:
-2022 EQUUS Film & Arts Festival
-2022 15-Minutes of Fame Film Festival
Dual Enrolled is live now for viewing at ThePlaidHorse.com/education.

Alexis first spent her childhood playing behind her parents’ shop cases in the Jewelers Building of Boston, where the stories and people she observed inspired her to dream of her own business where she would make and sell beautiful things. Guided by her intuition, Alexis designed her first piece of jewelry in 2011 and has since become an award-winning designer and destination for good luck charms, talismans, personal power objects, and Luxuries for your Soul™. In addition, my coveted shields have grown a community of worldwide collectors, motivated by my trademarked mantra SHIELD YOURSELF®.
The pieces created by Alexis Kletjian are influenced by the lore and magic of bygone eras and designed for the modern world. Gemstones are hand-selected and Alexis cultivates relationships for meaningful exchange by aligning herself with souls of similar beliefs.
