LeMieux Sponsors Olympic Athlete Boyd Martin and U.S. Dressage Rider Anna Buffini

Edited Press Release

LeMieux, globally recognized for its outstanding technical horse and rider wear with a focus on style, announces the sponsorship of U.S. Eventing Team member Boyd Martin, and U.S. Dressage Rider Anna Buffini. Boyd is an accomplished five-star competitor who has represented the United States at three Olympic Games and is currently ranked top three in the world. Anna is a young, emerging talent for the U.S., currently ranked second nationally at the Grand Prix level with her talented mare, FRH Davinia La Douce, and is ranked inside the top 30 worldwide.

Boyd Martin

Has competed at four consecutive FEI World Championships and is a Pan American Games triple gold medalist. Boyd is a two-time CCI5*-L winner, most recently topping the inaugural Maryland CCI5*-L in 2021. He was a member of the U.S. Eventing Team that earned team silver at the FEI Eventing World Championships in 2022, punching their ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In 2023 alone, Boyd has placed top 10 in three different CCI5*-L competitions, traveling abroad to Luhmühlen, Burghley, and Pau, and captured more than five individual wins at the CCI4* level in the U.S. He owns and operates his business Windurra USA out of Cochranville, PA., with his wife Silva, and their three children.

Anna Buffini

During her successful junior career before turning professional, Anna earned team gold at the North American Youth Championships in 2014. She went on to capture a win in the Young Rider division at the U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions and earned another national championship in the prestigious U25 division in 2016. As a professional, Anna has competed for the U.S. Dressage Team in major international FEI Nations Cup competitions, including Rotterdam CDIO5* and CHIO Aachen. She earned her first international championship start in 2022 at the FEI Dressage World Cup Finals in Leipzig, Germany, followed by a second appearance in 2023 at the FEI Dressage World Cup Finals in Omaha, Nebraska. Anna’s sights are set on Olympic qualification and selection for the Paris 2024 and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. She is based in San Diego, California.

“We are delighted to welcome the immensely talented riders Boyd Martin and Anna Buffini to the LeMieux family. We have been an ambitious, aspirational brand ever since Lisa and Robert Lemieux first started the business in 2006, and we are hugely proud to extend this legacy to Boyd and Anna. We will be providing each of them, and their mounts, with the finest quality equestrian products, defined by unparalleled technical expertise and style. We are beyond excited to support them on the biggest of stages across the world.” Dan Mahoney, Managing Director, LeMieux.
