Horse Spot is constantly evolving—just like our sport. As equestrian competitions grow, so do we. Our development team has been receiving feature requests from show management, many of which were already in the works. From major updates like launching dressage scoring and expanding support for organizations to smaller enhancements like color-coded tags, we are committed to advancing horse show software.

Let’s break down the latest updates:
New ways for exhibitors to pony up and pay. Exhibitors now have more flexibility when paying show fees. They can select what they want upfront and pay later on their final horse show invoice. Exhibitors can select and customize fees when creating entries, while secretaries can designate fees as required, optional, or quantity-adjustable. Fees can also be grouped for different categories, such as stalls vs. haul-in, making the payment process more intuitive.
Efficiency Boosts for Horse Show Management. Managers and Secretaries can now:
- Toggle between assigning entry numbers by horse or rider.
- Add and edit memos to existing payments.
- Customize prize money tables to specify how many entries receive payouts.
- Color-code tags for categories like “Hunter Derby” and “Grand Prix” for better organization.
While these updates may seem subtle to exhibitors, they significantly streamline operations for horse show offices, improving efficiency across the board.
Where exhibitors will feel the biggest difference will be in memberships with organizations and associations—providing a more seamless and holistic experience for everyone involved.
