Autorenewals

If your settings on your PayPal account autorenew your print magazine subscription and you would like to cancel that, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your PayPal account with your normal credentials
  2. Near the top of the page, you will find the “settings” tab. Click it.
  3. In your settings, click “payments”.
  4. Under “payments”, you’ll find “manage pre-approved payments”. This is where you’ll find recurring and scheduled payments. So if a rogue amount of money seems to disappear from your account, you may find the culprit here. You may have an unwanted subscription or scheduled payment you forgot about.
  5. Find the payment you want to cancel. Next to the payment you can see the cancel subscription button. It could be a simple “cancel” button or “cancel automatic billing”.
  6. Follow the instructions to confirm your canceled subscription.

Advertising

All paid for advertising expires on 12/31 of the year it was purchased, whether used or not, unless previous negotiations have been made to be included in print, digital, or audio placements at the time of purchase and payment.
