The 17th Annual Kids Lip Sync to Benefit Danny & Ron’s Rescue Huge Success

EDITED PRESS RELEASE

The 17th Annual Kids Lip Sync to benefit Danny & Ron’s Rescue—this year themed The Grammys!—lit up Deeridge Farm on Sunday evening.

More than 400 guests arrived in full Grammy-inspired sparkle, all coming together to support Danny & Ron’s Rescue Medical Fund, which provides essential veterinary care, medical treatment, and daily support for more than 150 dogs awaiting their forever homes. Over the years, Danny & Ron’s Rescue has transformed the lives of more than 15,000 dogs in need. If you missed it, you can watch the recorded livestream here.

Created 17 years ago by Kim Kolloff, the Kids Lip Sync has become a beloved tradition that inspires children to give back and experience the joy of philanthropy.

Danny Robertshaw and Ron Danta opened the evening by welcoming guests to this cherished annual event and expressing heartfelt gratitude to the Jacobs family for their continued generosity and for hosting the Lip Sync at their beautiful farm. “We appreciate the Jacobs family for allowing us to have our Lip Sync here,” Danta shared.

They then welcomed Kolloff to the stage. Kolloff, who first envisioned the Kids’ Lip Sync, created the program to inspire children to experience the joy and impact of giving back. “We’re so indebted to Kim and everything she has done,” Robertshaw shared.

Addressing the crowd, Kolloff spoke directly to the young performers. “You kids have the biggest hearts. This isn’t only about giving back to Danny & Ron’s Rescue,” she said. “Your generosity also reaches veterans, the elderly, and those facing hardship. Danny and Ron’s Rescue touches all of these communities, and Danny and Ron never say no. If an elderly person needs help caring for their dogs or needs dog food, Danny and Ron are there. They support Animeals, and through War Dogs Coming Home, they help provide service dogs to veterans. If a dog needs surgery or medical care, they make it happen. I’m so lucky to be part of this family.”

Ainsley Lynch was honored with the Sophie Walker Compassion for Animals Award, a distinction Robertshaw and Danta created 11 years ago in memory of Walker after a tragic accident took her life.

This year’s presentation carried an especially touching note as the 2021 recipient, Coco Kralick, returned to the stage to present the 2026 award to Lynch, recognizing her for rescuing a 20-year-old blind dog, who is now thriving at 23.

Robertshaw took a moment to recognize the Junior Board, sharing, “When we first started talking about creating a Junior Board almost two years ago, I pictured little children,” he said. “But now I see that these are young adults. This is what it’s all about—the dogs, the kids, and everyone having fun.”

The Professionals, an ensemble of 17 distinguished hunter and jumper riders and trainers, took the stage with three special performances crafted exclusively for this year’s Annual Kids Lip Sync.

The judging panel featured multi–Daytime Emmy Award winner Brandon McMillan, his wife Jessica, and Tara and Mark Rein.
