Directors and organizers get high-fidelity financial reporting, with visual breakdowns and charts by membership type, including new signups, renewals, and revenue at a glance.
More Under the Hood
A round of smaller updates gives directors and organizers more control day to day. Orgs can now send waiver requests and collect digital signatures right in the membership sign-up flow, generate printable membership card exports, and build custom categories for horses and people, with reports that break out by category and membership type.

The platform’s expanding influence was highlighted earlier this year when the National Little Britches Rodeo Association (NLBRA), the oldest and largest youth rodeo organization in the country, selected Horse Spot as its official show management software partner for its 600 annual sanctioned rodeos.
